Main responsibilities:

Requirements:
-
Experience in managing a technical team at least 2 years
-
Experience in medium / large projects (such as CRM system development)

Experience in Agile software development environment (Scrum or Kanban)

Experience in project management in software development projects with the number of participants from 10+
-
Experience in developing, planning and executing product roadmaps
-
Experience in recruiting staff for projects and managing people
-
Deep understanding of software development practices
-
Ability to interact with business units at a technical level

Ability to manage multiple teams with some remote employees

Excellent interpersonal skills
The advantage will be:
-
PMP, PSM certification or at least knowledge of PMBoK / Scrum Guide standards
-
Knowledge of English at B2 level
