Main responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for the team, the distribution and control of the implementation of tasks 

  • Manage the software development process 

  • Solution of technical problems 

  • Organize and carry out maintenance and support of the project 

  • Ensure clear communication between all team members 

  • Facilitate and support the software development process 

  • Report to management / client 

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in managing a technical team at least 2 years 

  • Experience in medium / large projects (such as CRM system development) 

  • Experience in Agile software development environment (Scrum or Kanban) 

  • Experience in project management in software development projects with the number of participants from 10+ 

  • Experience in developing, planning and executing product roadmaps 

  • Experience in recruiting staff for projects and managing people 

  • Deep understanding of software development practices 

  • Ability to interact with business units at a technical level 

  • Ability to manage multiple teams with some remote employees 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

 

The advantage will be: 

  • PMP, PSM certification or at least knowledge of PMBoK / Scrum Guide standards 

  • Knowledge of English at B2 level
