Main responsibilities: 

  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft cloud technologies 

  • Conduct an analysis of business processes and client requirements 

  • Description and modeling of the client's business processes in the form of a flowchart 

  • Form a technical assignment 

  • Conduct an assessment of work and timing 

  • Set tasks for developers 

  • Configure CRM system 

  • Develop instructions / documentation 

  • Provide support / consultation / customer training 

  • Continuous development and training in the field of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) 

 

Requirements: 

  • Higher education in business, IT or related field 

  • Basic knowledge of marketing, sales 

  • Understanding the roles of the main divisions in the company, their interaction 

  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and design them (Microsoft Visio) 

  • Experience in integrating Power BI data with Microsoft Dynamic CRM and AX, SQL Server and Excel 

  • Understanding the architecture of IT solutions 

  • Understanding of philosophy and theory of CRM 

  • Experience in implementing CRM projects 

  • Knowledge of the software development cycle 

  • Experience in making presentations 

  • Analytical and logical thinking 

  • Sociability and proactivity 

  • Ability and commitment to learning 

 

The advantage will be:  

  • Experience with / in CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) 

  • Knowledge of BPMN notation 

  • Knowledge of English at B2 level
