Features
What the Cash Flow dashboard shows
The dashboard covers six analytical blocks — from actual cash movements to forecast signals. A cash gap nobody saw coming is a crisis. A cash gap you knew about three weeks ahead is a problem with a known solution.
01
Actual cash flow (inflows and outflows)
A daily picture of real receipts and payments across accounts: operating receipts from customers, supplier payments, salaries, taxes and other expenses. A breakdown by category shows the structure of cash flows, not just the net balance.
02
Cash Flow forecast for 30/60/90 days
A calculated forecast of expected inflows and outflows over three planning horizons. Based on open receivables, contractual obligations and recurring expenses. The forecast updates automatically.
03
Account balances (trend)
The current balance of each bank account and the total consolidated balance. A 12-month trend chart plus a forecast trend. You see not only "how much we have now" but also "where we are heading".
04
Receivables and aging
A register of open receivables by aging bucket: up to 30 days, 30–60, 60–90, over 90 days. The share of overdue debt and dynamics by customer — where money is expected and where there is a risk of non-payment.
05
Plan vs actual comparison
Variance of actual cash flow from the planned Cash Flow budget. For each inflow and outflow item — what was expected and what actually happened. Helps improve forecasting quality and spot systematic variances.
06
⚠ Alert on a forecast cash gap
An automatic notification if the forecast shows a negative account balance on any planning horizon. The alert includes the date of the forecast gap, the size of the shortfall and the list of key payments causing it.
Who it's for
Who needs a Cash Flow dashboard
A report for those responsible for liquidity and the financial stability of the business.
CFO
Gets full control over liquidity without manually consolidating balances every morning. The 90-day forecast lets you plan financing or negotiate payment restructuring well in advance.
CEO
Sees the financial stability of the business at any moment: whether there are funds to meet current obligations, what risks lie two to three months ahead, and where there are reserves for investment.
Business owner
Understands why the company is profitable but there is no cash in the account — and what to do about it. Gets a clear signal: when you can spend, when to hold back, and where liquidity may fall short.
Integrations
What the Cash Flow Dashboard integrates with
The Cash Flow dashboard aggregates data from several systems that were never connected before. The integration is built so that nobody on the team enters data manually.
Bank statements
Connection via the bank's API or automatic import of statements in MT940/CSV format. Data from all accounts is consolidated into a single model — hryvnia and foreign-currency accounts, different banks.
Accounting systems and ERP
Transactional data on payments, accrued income and expenses. Contractual obligations, payment schedules and procurement data to forecast outgoing flows.
CRM (receivables)
Open invoices, payment terms and customer payment discipline from Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRMs. This information is the basis of the inflow forecast.
Excel and SharePoint
Payment budgets, payout plans and contractual obligations in Excel — we connect them via Power Query with automatic refresh when files change in OneDrive.
Implementation Four steps to a Cash Flow dashboard — in 5–7 days Your involvement comes down to two short meetings. We take care of the rest of the technical work.
Day 1 Analysis of sources and flow structure We define the list of bank accounts, inflow and outflow categories, and transaction classification rules. We agree on the forecasting logic and payment discipline coefficients.
Days 2–4 Source connection and data model We integrate bank statements, accounting, ERP and CRM. We build a single data model with automatic refresh and transaction classification rules.
Days 5–6 Forecast and alert setup We configure the 30/60/90-day forecasting logic. We set thresholds for automatic alerts when there is a risk of a cash gap.
Day 7 Launch and team training We deploy to Power BI Service and configure automatic refresh and access rights. We run a session for the finance team. 30 days of support included.
