Microsoft 365 Price Increase Starting July 1, 2026: Full List of Changes

Microsoft has officially confirmed price increases across all commercial Microsoft 365 plans, effective July 1, 2026. The changes affect Business, Enterprise, and Frontline plans — with some increasing by 13–33%. We've pulled all the numbers together in one place.

Microsoft announced the upcoming increases back in December 2025. From July 1, 2026, new prices apply to all new and renewing commercial subscriptions. Alongside the pricing changes, Microsoft is also updating plan packaging — features that were previously sold separately are now being bundled into base plans.

⚠️

Even if you don't need the new features, you'll still pay for them. That's why it's worth reviewing your current license set before renewal — you may be able to reduce costs without losing functionality.

What to Do Before July 1

Review Your License Set

Before automatically renewing at higher rates, check whether all your licenses are actually being used. Unused or duplicate subscriptions often go unnoticed for months. Some users may be able to move to a lower-tier plan without losing the functionality they need.
